This exhibition featured 90 works created by artist Xiaosheng Bi, a Chinese immigrant currently working as a resident artist at VisArts Center, Rockville, and teaching at Montgomery College and VisArts Center, Rockville. His works of ceramics, sculpture and calligraphy in display recorded his four decades' journey of bridging the gap between the introspective sensibilities of Chinese culture and the dynamism of modern Western culture.
