About the CCACC Photo Club
Founded in 2000 by Mr. Ned Li, co-founder of the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC). The CCACC Photo Club is one of the oldest, largest, and most active photography organizations in the Greater Washington, D.C. area.
Guided by the principle of pursuing "high standards and refined taste," the club offers a rich variety of activities, including online and in-person photography lectures, member critique sessions, photography competitions, outdoor photo excursions, and inter-club exchanges.
Over the years, many club members have received numerous awards in international and local photography competitions. The club has also consistently participated in the Maryland Photography Alliance (MPA) inter-club competitions, achieving top rankings. Most recently, at the September 2025 MPA competition, the CCACC Photo Club once again earned the distinction of having the highest number of award-winning entries. Through the members' dedication and outstanding achievements, the CCACC Photo Club has gained broad recognition within the photography community across the United States.
